My story

For a long time I lived in two worlds that do not intersect. During my work, I built a career in the customer service industry, leading teams and becoming a senior manager of the customer service department of an international company group, managing a team of 600 people in 16 countries around the world. In my spare time I play improvisation theater and joke :)

In 2018, I got to know applied improvisation and realized that I can finally connect the two worlds I love, which never meet. Business environment and improvisation. On the way to the business improvisation trainer profession, I practiced with professionals in the field in the Netherlands and the USA, introduced this way of learning in Latvia, obtained a master's degree in management psychology and became a certified supervisor.

I developed and implemented the use of applied improvisation methods in supervision and coaching sessions.

I currently work with company teams, managers and entrepreneurs.

I lead the following lessons individually, in groups and in teams:
